The annual Canada Day celebration, hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Trail since 1995, is consistently the busiest day of the year. in 2017, the local municipalities; Trail, Rossland, Fruitvale, Warfield & Montrose, joined together for the Canada 150 Celebration to offer one grand event at Beaver Creek Park. The Kiwanis cookhouse was open for pancake & sauasge breakfast and hamburger & hotdog lunch.
